Refund Policy

We want you to actually use Backtrack and get the benefit. If it's not working for you, we'll refund you. No gauntlet.

7-day money-back guarantee

All new Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge, no questions asked. Email support@back-track.app with your account email and we'll process the refund within 24 business hours. Refunds return to the original payment method.

After 7 days

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime from Settings → Subscription. You keep access through the end of the billing period, with no further charge.
Annual plans past 7 days are not refundable but can be cancelled to prevent the next renewal.
Lifetime plans past 7 days are non-refundable, which is why we offer the 7-day window to be sure.

Mandatory California disclosures

California residents (and residents of other states with similar auto-renewal laws) may cancel a recurring subscription at any time by emailing support@back-track.app, by cancelling in Settings → Subscription, or by sending postal mail to Sean Vierth d/b/a Backtrack, Texas (full mailing address available on request via the support email). We'll honor any cancellation method.

Chargebacks

Please email us before filing a chargeback. We will always refund a legitimate request. Chargebacks cost us significantly more in fees, which we'd rather spend building the product.
